At blackcrows, we want to ensure you have the best gear for your mountain adventures. If your equipment isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring skis are securely padded and apparel is neatly folded.

• 3.
  Ship Your Gear

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your box, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
